Tsungai Muvingi is the HIFIS Database Coordinator with the Manitoba Association of Women’s Shelters. She is also founder and owner of CourageousMynds, a freelance writing company.
She was born and raised in Zimbabwe where her passion for volunteering and working with organizations to make a difference in communities began. She is a Rotarian with The Rotary Club of Winnipeg where she contributes to the monthly newsletter and supports the World Peace Partners & Peace Days Committees, which focus on social justice, peace literacy, and connecting diverse communities.
She recently started writing professionally as a website content writer, blogger and ghostwriter. Most of her work is centered on personal development, mental health and fitness. Her education includes a B.A. in Psychology, coursework in International Management and coursework in Tableau Data Development.
She loves writing stories on people who are setting an example in fighting for their goals and dreams, have a positive impact in the community and are facing diversity challenges head on. Social justice and peace initiatives are areas she is eager to grow her writing impact in.
