A collaborative, nonprofit organization, the CMCCF is governed by a Board of Directors who work closely with a small number of permanent staff members. The organization also welcomes many volunteers who fulfill various roles, working towards a shared vision to promote the wellbeing of Manitoba’s cultural communities.
